How It Works
We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase from Haodental. Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are pleased to offer you the possibility to return the product.
Return Conditions:
Items should preferably be returned in their original packaging
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order
After approval, you have 7 days to ship the product
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer
1.Registration
Returns can only be reported within the first 14 days after receiving your order. Please include in your email:
Reason for return
Order number
Name/address details as specified on the order
Please ensure the product is returned in its original condition/original packaging

2.Packaging
Pack your goods securely. Don't forget to remove or cover the old shipping label. Instructions:
Package the parcel exactly as you received it
Ensure the package is packed to arrive undamaged at Haodental
Print the delivery note and include it with the return
Paste the return label over the old shipping label
3.Shipping
Submit the package at a post office. Please keep your receipt until we have processed your return. You are responsible for the shipment and ensuring the return package reaches us properly! We cannot assume responsibility if your package is not properly registered and doesn't reach us.

4.Refund
After receiving your return, we will check the products for any damage and/or signs of use. If everything is in order, we will refund the purchase price within 5 working days via the original payment method.
Important Note:
Pack the item carefully and, if possible, in the original packaging. Ensure the package is properly packed and sealed. You are legally obligated to handle the product carefully to avoid damage. Haodental reserves the right to claim compensation for product damage caused by insufficient packaging. This means we are forced to charge additional costs if the product shows signs of use.
